Barrister Sloe Gin

Barrister Sloe Gin is a traditional Barrister Dry Gin, produced with the addition of blackthorn berries (wild plum berries). The berries are carefully picked in sunny gardens of Caucasus region and macerated for a long time in Barrister Dry GIn. 

Barrister Sloe Gin has a rich dark ruby color. Its delicate sweet aroma is full of almond, carnation, blackthorn, herbs and spices tones. The nose is exquisitely berry with well balanced tart. The intensive taste is pleasantly fruit with grilled almond and raisins finish. The texture is soft and delicate, resembling the balm.

Pure Barrister Sloe Gin is a great digestive for any occasion. You could also taste it as aperitif in different cocktail variations.
